An operations veteran who started building the tools he needed.
I'm Adrian Paulo Roco — Coach Pau to most people who know me.
For nearly 8 years I've led Operations, Quality, and Complaints at a Philippine fintech lending company, on top of 20+ years across BPO operations at HSBC, Hewlett Packard, and Expedia.
A few years ago I started building software myself — no formal coding background, just a habit of solving the operational problems I saw every day. Since then I've shipped full-stack apps for HOA case management, EV charging, lottery ticket verification, personal health tracking, QR code generation, and budget management, all built with modern tools and increasingly powered by AI.
P.A.U. Systems is where that work lives now — a small, AI-forward development practice built on the same principle that's guided my ops career: structured, auditable, genuinely useful systems that solve the problem in front of you.
